Our own solar power
Large-scale PV system on the main building. Our own consumption first, surplus to the grid.

Regionality you can taste: selected products straight from Thuringia — and bread we bake ourselves in our own kitchen.

A building from 1922, living as a hotel since 1998. Renovation over new construction is the most sustainable building decision we can make — and we make it again every day.
28 years of unbroken family management. No investor turnover every three years. Thinking long-term changes how you plan — including ecologically.
We are continuously developing our house — and the best ideas often come from our guests. If you notice something we could do better, we welcome your feedback.
